Important Notice
We regret to inform you that there has been a structure fire at our facility which has directly impacted Building E.
The Richmond Fire Department spent over 14 hours battling the blaze, and during the firefighting efforts to contain it and keep it from spreading to other structures, Building E was destroyed.
Currently there is no access permitted to the facility until the fire department has completed their investigation and the site has been deemed safe and free of any hazards.
We are making every effort to contact all affected clients so they can contact their insurance providers.
We hope to be able to allow clients into the non-affected areas to check on their units sometime late next week. Please call or email our office to confirm that access will be possible before coming to the site, as power has not been restored to some buildings.
